The Survivor Philippines to Shoot in Thailand

Because of the press freedom in Thailand, the Nation is reporting that Survivor Philippines will be shooting in Thailand's Tarutao National Park. GMA 7 has no control over press freedom in Thailand that's why the location was exposed to media.

In one of the media in Thailand, Satun deputy governor Chuangchai Pao-in said that the shooting of the Survivor Philippines reality show on Tarutao national park would not affect the environment of the nation park.

He also said that the producer of the Survivor Philippines signed a contract with the park not to damage the environment on the island. The production crew has started building a Thai style pavilion at the pier at Talohwow bay as the centre of the show.

The deputy governor said the Survivor Philippines Reality show would promote tourism in Satun, Thailand.
